Manual slide gate valve is also called manual knife gate valve, it is a valve which the gate plate is always in close contact with the valve seat. The principle is to open a square or round hole on the gate plate, through the opening and closing of the gate plate, the hole will do off and consistent action with the following connected holes.

● It is usually used with unloading device or silo together, manual screw gate valve is flange connection, easy to install.

● It has the advantages of simple and compact structure, reasonable design, reliable sealing, convenient and flexible operation, small volume, smooth channel, the resistance is small, easy installation, easy disassembly and other advantages.

● It can be installed in horizontal or vertical direction, has the characteristics of preventing wear and automatic compensation function and long service life etc..

● It should be checked regularly, add lubricating oil well maintenance during the normal course of operation.
