Description & Features

Float Steam Trap is a mechanical trap operating on the difference of density between steam and water. The mechanical principle of Ball Float Steam Trap is composed of an integral stainless steel Thermostatic Air Vent, Lever Mechanism, and Valve Seat. Condensate will be discharged once it reaches a certain level inside the Ball Float Steam Trap.

● Low noise during the continuous discharge.

● Be able to install DIFFUSER at the series of small size against Water Hammer – Long Life against water hammer and vibration.

● Installation Direction – Horizontal Direction ONLY.

● Be able to install Vacuum Breaker – VB for your option.

● There is the checking hole on the top of trap and also to add Checking Valve. If it is discharging intermittently after opening, the function is normal.
