With multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and 3-way split valve body ZJHF (H) pneumatic film 3-way control valve is composed of multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and 3-way split (combined) valve body. Pneumatic film actuators have the advantages of low height, light weight, large circulation capacity, and easy installation and maintenance. The pneumatic 3-way control valve is equipped with an electric-gas valve positioning or a pneumatic valve positioner to achieve automatic adjustment and control of the fluid medium in the process pipeline. It is widely used in process parameters for precise control of gases, liquids, vapors, etc.
● Pneumatic piston actuator using compressed air as power source, through the movement of the piston to drive the arm for 90 degrees of rotation, to achieve automatic valve opening and closing.Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, curved arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, universal shaft.
● Pneumatic control valve adopts double guide structure, equipped with multi spring actuator, pneumatic control valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and so on.
● Pneumatic control valve is widely used in the precise control of gas, liquid, steam and other media, process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level to maintain a given value.
