PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve uses the butterfly plate that the valve stem rotates together as the opening and closing part to realize the opening, closing and adjustment of the valve. It adopts two-piece body design and locking PFA lining to completely encapsulate the disc, ISO mounting pad for driving, two-way sealing, and the lining material can be used for PTFE/PFA/FEP/ETFE/PO/PP, etc. PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve can be applied to various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia and various organic acids and strong acids.

● PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve has the characteristics of small genre, light weight, simple structure, etc.

● The groove sleeve design makes the positioning stable.

● Simple construction, small in size, light in weight. Easy disassembling, installation and maintenance.

● It is light in weight, and the butterfly plate can be rotated 90 degrees to realize the opening and closing process.

●It flows in both directions and can be used under maximum working pressure.

●Since the butterfly plates on both sides of the rotating shaft are subjected to the same force and the torque is opposite, the opening and closing torque is small.
